the socks so nice I made them twice! I made 2 pairs of alternating 2x2 rib socks, using mystery yarns. I was inspired by a pair of garter stitch short row heels I saw in Ravelry, so decided to try it out. I LOVED it. I found a tutorial on the internet somewhere and they turned out to be very easy to knit...and this is coming from someone who never does regular short row heels because the wraps seem confusing and I'm basically too lazy to read through any sort of directions. Garter stitch wraps turn out to be very simple to do. I couldn't really get an unblurry photo of the second pair. They were straw-colored and aqua/blue...very soft and pretty. I need to work on my photography skills.
