I remember having an awesome grandpa cardigan when I was in my 20's that was charcoal grey wool, had wood toggles, and fit me perfectly. I think it was from Eddie Bauer. I tried searching for an equally awesome sweater today on the internet, and....it's kinda hard to find nice knitted sweaters nowadays. Bah! I like this Ralph Lauren cabled pullover, but it's $600. I think I could knit a decent replica. It looks like your standard drop-sleeve pullover with a few stitches of stockinette on each side of the body.
